At FlyPanda we only collect what we need to handle your request. This page summarises what the site collects and how it is protected.
What we collect
The request details you send through our forms (listed in detail in the Privacy Notice) and, if you consent, anonymous usage statistics collected with analytics cookies. The site has no accounts and we never ask for payment details.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics tools load only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no cookies are used beyond the essential ones the site needs to work. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, the database and messaging. They process data only on our behalf. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited to the club's authorised user. Admin access is protected with a password.
Children's privacy
For tandem flights, a minor's details should only be shared by a parent or guardian. The minimum age for course applications is 15.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
