Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice explains which personal data FlyPanda processes when you send a request, and why, under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
Data controller
The data controller is Antalya Aviation Sports Club, operating under the FlyPanda brand. Until the club's registered name, address and email address are added to this notice, you can reach us on our WhatsApp line.
Personal data we process
For a tandem flight request: your name, phone number, email (optional), flight date and time preference, number of passengers, passenger weights, your hotel and your note. For a course application we also process your year of birth, weight and flying experience. Weight and age are collected for safety, so that the right wing and pilot can be matched.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to answer your request, plan the flight or course, assess safety and contact you. The legal basis is the establishment and performance of a contract and the club's legitimate interest; ticking the box on the form records your explicit consent.
Transfers
When you send your request on WhatsApp, the content of the message reaches the company operating WhatsApp (Meta). Our website and database hosting providers store the data on our behalf; their servers may be located outside Turkey. Your data is not shared with or sold to anyone else.
Retention
Requests are kept for the period set in our admin panel after the flight or course is completed or the request is closed. When that period ends, the name, phone number, email and weight are removed from the record and only anonymous, statistical entries remain. We do not store your IP address; to prevent form abuse we only use an irreversible hash of it.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the law you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. Until the club's official application address is added here, you can contact us on our WhatsApp line.
