Requests and booking
The forms on this site create a preliminary request; a flight or course booking is confirmed by mutual agreement on WhatsApp. There is no online payment on the site; you pay on the day of the flight or course.
Prices and content
Prices, durations and package contents on the site are for information and may change without notice. The valid price is the one confirmed on WhatsApp.
Flight safety and weather
Flights depend on the weather. A flight judged unsafe does not take place; in that case you are not charged and we offer a new date. The details you give about age, weight and health must be accurate; the pilot may cancel a flight for safety reasons.
Courses
Courses follow the rules of the Turkish Air Sports Federation (THSF). Capacity, entry requirements and certification are subject to THSF regulations; course content and durations may be updated if the regulations change.
Intellectual property
The texts, logo and images on this site belong to FlyPanda or the respective rights holders and may not be used without permission. Gear images and specifications belong to the manufacturer and are used with permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices in the club's location have jurisdiction over any dispute.
